Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I know what’s going on?
Instead of a booklet, we will again have a digital convocation booklet available.  You need to download the Yapp App from your app store into your mobile device.  This is our continuing commitment to being as “green” as possible. The link for the app will be emailed to you before the convocation
  • What if I want a hard copy of the booklet?

There will be limited copies of the booklet available for $5.00. Please mark your registration form that you want one. They will be available for you when you arrive

If you wish to cook or serve, you will need to provide your own cooking and eating utensils. Linens are provided (bedsheets,
pillows, towels). You will need to provide your own hairdryer and personal items. NOTE: If you wish to reserve the entire apartment for 6, please indicate on the registration form. No promises but we will do what we can.
